By accessing or using any DTown Labs app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our App.
Our apps provide location-based information about points of interest and events, and the ability to find, create, and manage events.
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Users may be able to post content within the App. You retain all rights to your content, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with the App. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any content you post, and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
We reserve the right to remove or moderate user content at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DTown Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
In no event shall DTown Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, USA.
